Bespoke Commissions

Deciding who to commission to undertake a project for your property can be challenging. We understand that you are putting your trust in us when inviting us to discuss your requirements and ideas.

We pride ourselves on being professional, honest and trustworthy. When you first get in touch we will ask you questions to establish what you are looking for and between us we will decide on the best way to work together.

Depending on your requirements, we can usually provide an initial estimate via email, based on approximate information and measurements you provide us with.

If you need any ideas for your commission, we offer a design service to help bring your project to life.

If you are happy with your estimate and would like to go ahead with us, Ross will arrange to undertake a site visit where he will take detailed measurements and discuss any specific details to ensure he has all the information he needs to undertake your commission back at the workshop.

Once your commission has been made, he will then arrange a suitable time for installation, if required.

Website Orders

We usually have a small selection of items in stock and ready to post. If we need to make your order for you, we usually aim to do this within one to two weeks. We don’t currently offer the option to buy directly through our website as we like to ensure we can fulfill your order and discuss any requirements you may have.
